We are looking for a result-driven manager to lead a team of 4β5 members across sales and operations, drive school partnerships, and grow our education and training business across India. Key Responsibilities Drive institutional sales and school partnerships Manage and mentor sales & operations team Oversee execution of workshops and training programs Represent the company with schools and stakeholders Achieving revenue targets and ensuring smooth operations Requirements 4β5 yearsβ experience in sales / operations / business development Strong team management and communication skills (English & Hindi) Experience in education / edtech preferred Willingness to travel
