What You Will Do

As a Manager - Sales and Business Development, you’ll play a key role in accelerating our growth in the region. You’ll bring insight, energy, and a strategic mindset to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive consulting engagements from prospect to close across the European market.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Strategic Prospecting & Market Intelligence

  • Target the right client profiles based on SprintlyWorks past project successes.
  • Conduct independent research to identify prospects among competitors and adjacent industries facing similar challenges.
  • Analyze industry value chains and customer product portfolios to identify consulting opportunities.
  • Review annual reports and financial data to gain a broader understanding of company and sector performance.

Client & Industry Understanding

  • Understand client business models, strategic priorities, and key drivers.
  • Stay current on industry dynamics, market trends, and regulatory environments.
  • Possess quick comprehension skills to rapidly understand and process information related to diverse industry and business challenges.

Problem Identification & Opportunity Creation

  • Demonstrate a strong ability to understand complex industry and business problems faced by clients.
  • Effectively translate identified problems into actionable opportunities for SprintlyWorks.
  • Understand client business models, strategic priorities, and key drivers.
  • Develop tailored solutions that align with client needs and our delivery capabilities.

Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner, guiding clients through the value we offer.
  • Drive repeat business and expand existing accounts.

Collaboration with Delivery Teams

  • Understand the work being delivered and translate that into compelling client conversations.
  • Collaborate on proposals, pricing, and engagement scoping.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from deal close to project kickoff.

Sales Performance

  • Track performance metrics and deliver regular pipeline reports to leadership.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of our business development strategy.

Brand Representation

  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
  • Support content development for proposals, case studies, and marketing campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in business development or client-facing roles in consulting, B2B services, or strategic industries.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and enterprise decision-making processes.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports, market data, and competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and commercially.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Experience in industries such as market research, management consulting is a strong plus.
