ABOUT THE R OLE: We are looking for a digitally sharp, creatively driven, and highly agile social media & Brand Content leader who can drive growth, brand visibility, reputation, and engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate shoul d be:Street smart and culturally awareDigitally savvy and A I-ledStrong at both strategy and exec utionAgile, fast-moving, and solution-ori entedAble to create impactful social-first brand narratives and innovative content fo rmats This role requires someone who can independently lead content, social media growth, influencer collaborations, ORM, paid amplification support, and leadership communication while working closely with agencies, creators, production houses, and internal stakeho lders.

ROLES AND RESPONSIB ILITIES Social Media Strategy & ; GrowthLead end-to-end social media strategy for the brand across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging pl atforms.Drive follower growth, engagement, brand awareness, and audience affinity through innovative and insight-led content.Develop platform-specific strategies and identify new-age opportunities for brand b uilding.Continuously identify emerging digital trends, formats, creators, meme culture, AI tools, and platform innovations to keep the brand culturally relevant and ahead of th e curve. Content Ideation & P roductionLead ideation and creation of digital-first content including reels, short videos, brand films, influencer-led content, podcasts, educational content, leadership communication, and trend-led c reatives.Conceptualise innovative content formats that can build stronger audience engagement and organ ic reach.Work closely with production houses, editors, creators, agencies, and internal teams to deliver fast-turnaround, high-quality conte nt piecesOversee shoots, scripting, content calendars, edits, post-production, publishing workflows, and SEO opti misation. AI-Led & Digital InnovationLeverage AI tools and emerging technologies for content creation, ideation, workflow optimisation, and faster execution.Explore and implement new-age digital and AI-led content formats for stronger storytelling and e ngagement.

Brand Awareness & Pai d CampaignsWork closely with digital and performance marketing team s to drive:Brand awarenes s campaignsReach and engagemen t campaignsReputation-led co mmunicationMeta ads and paid social am plificationSupport strategic campaign planning and optimisation through audience insights and performance learnings. Online Reputation Mana gement (ORM)Lead and monitor brand reputation across social and digita l platforms.Ensure timely, brand-aligned responses and proactive reputation management.Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, watch time, retention, and audience insights to derive learnings and optimise future conte nt strategy.Track competitor benchmarks, trends, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.Identify potential reputation risks and proactively manage escalations. Content Performance &a mp; AnalyticsMonitor and track the performance of all content published across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerg ing channels.Analyse engagement, reach, watch time, retention, audience behaviour, sentiment, and platform-specific performance metrics to derive actiona ble insights.Continuously identify content learnings and optimise future communication, formats, storytelling styles, and platform strategies based on perfor mance trends.Drive a data-led approach towards content planning and decision-making to improve brand visibility, engagement, and audie nce affinity.Track competitor and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging co ntent trends.

Influencer & ; PartnershipsIdentify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and digital partners aligned w ith the brand.Drive innovative influencer-led campaigns and social media properties to enhance visibility a nd engagement. Leadership Communication & Stakeho lder ManagementCreate management and leadership communication content for senior leadership and institut ional branding.Work closely with creative agencies, digital agencies, clinicians, production partners, and internal m arketing teams.Independently manage multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-pac ed environment.Work on social campaigns, performance dashboards, and strategies to be presented to business heads and senior le adership teams. IDEAL CAN DIDATE PROFILE: Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, internet culture, and social media ecosystemsCreative thinker with strong e xecution abilityStrong aesthetic and content judgmentProactive, entrepreneurial, and business-mindedStrong communication, stakeholder management, and coll aboration skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage mul tiple priorities QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Branding, Media, Communication, or relat ed field preferred8–10 years of experience in:Soci al media marketingB rand communicationDigital content and creative strategyAgency or br and-side marketingExperience in healthcare, lifestyle, consumer, media, or digital-first brands preferred.Prior experience managing agencies, creators, and production part ners is preferred.
