About The Role Draganfly is looking for a Manager, Revenue Operations to lead the dayâtoâday execution and coordination of revenue operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence through strong process discipline, system integrity, and seamless crossâfunctional execution. This is a highly visible and accountable role focused on driving precision and consistency across revenue workflows that directly support pipeline progression, deal execution, and overall revenue performance. The Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate and deliver highâquality submissions for RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and other strategic bids in a fastâpaced, crossâfunctional environment. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Execution Lead and oversee daily activities of the Revenue Operations team Set priorities, assign work, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met Provide guidance, support, and accountability to team members Sales Operations & Pipeline Execution Oversee execution of quoting, sales orders, deal documentation, and approvals Ensure opportunities move efficiently and accurately through the pipeline Coordinate across teams to unblock stalled deals and resolve execution issues CRM Management & Compliance Ensure consistent, accurate use of HubSpot across revenue teams Monitor data integrity, pipeline hygiene, activity tracking, and reporting Follow up with Sales to ensure CRM compliance and adoption Flag risks, issues, or gaps to the Senior Manager CrossâFunctional Alignment Act as a central coordination point between Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams Ensure alignment on campaigns, deal execution, timelines, and priorities Support clear communication of updates, dependencies, and deliverables RFP / Proposal Coordination Coordinate timelines, inputs, and submissions for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs Ensure accuracy, completeness, and onâtime delivery of all proposals Process Execution & Continuous Improvement Enforce SOPs and workflows established by the Senior Manager Support rollout and adoption of new tools and processes Identify inefficiencies and elevate opportunities for improvement Who are you really? You are an executionâdriven operator who thrives on structure, discipline, and followâthrough You take pride in ensuring processes are followed, systems are accurate, and work is delivered on time You are highly organized and detailâoriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability You enjoy working at the center of Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to keep priorities aligned You communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks You value CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and data integrity, and understand their direct impact on revenue You are a supportive people leader who enjoys setting expectations, coaching execution, and removing roadblocks You operate comfortably in fastâpaced, crossâfunctional environments You're excited to help Draganfly scale revenue operations with consistency, precision, and operational excellence Qualifications 4â7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related function Experience leading dayâtoâday operational execution across sales and revenue workflows Proven ability to coordinate crossâfunctional teams and manage competing priorities Strong familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Experience with quoting, sales orders, deal documentation, approvals, and pipeline execution Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and followâthrough Strong communication, coordination, and problemâsolving skills Experience working in fastâpaced or scaling organizations Compensation package Competitive salary: $95,000 â $105,000 plus uncapped commission Equity / Stock Options: Participation in the companyâs stock option plan for longâterm growth alignment.
