Responsibilities Leads and manages the provision of respiratory services in ambulatory pulmonology setting. Directs, monitors and manages all day‑to‑day operations of the departments, including staffing, scheduling, workload prioritization, cost management, and equipment utilization / maintenance. Creates an efficient, accountable, and collaborative team environment with staff and with physicians. Is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality are followed and maintained.

Qualifications Education Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy Required Work Experience 3 years with two (2) years of experience recent clinical experience in area of clinical responsibility. Required Licenses and Certifications RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC); has and maintains a current licensure as a Respiratory Care Professional in the state of Georgia Required BCLS - Basic Life Support Required ACLS Required PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Required Business Unit : Company Name Piedmont Henry Hospital #J-18808-Ljbffr
