Position Overview The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for the customer experience, driving direct contact with select customers using a high‑value sales approach, maintaining technical support, and representing the first stop for technical questions about the products. The RSM will maintain and increase sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts, and is accountable for executing assigned sales goals and plans.

Your Responsibilities Will Be Conduct seminars, presentations and attend trade shows to generate new sales of OE, services and parts. Recommend the selection of new reps and distributors; train, manage, and support existing distributors to meet sales targets and objectives. Handle customer and prospect inquiries/leads, providing technical/business support and providing recommendations on business decisions and initial review of conditions and terms of sale.

Prepare regional sales forecasts on a yearly basis and report weekly on short‑term sales forecast. Maintain an in‑depth understanding of the territory market potential. Account for meeting annual targets.

Hold channel partners accountable for meeting annual targets. Analyze customer specifications and performance requirements to determine the optimal solution that fits into existing product offerings. Deliver, follow‑up, and manage questions for all proposals in assigned territory, ensuring quality of presentation, accuracy, completeness, cost control and resulting profit for all projects.

Identify and suggest any additional accounts that should be managed directly or moved to other channel partners for targeted sales development. Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned. Travel 35%.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, or Equivalent Experience. 3+ years of selling capital equipment into industrial markets. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills. Team‑oriented with strong communication skills.

Proven results identifying business opportunities and a track record as a deal closer in highly technical sales markets. Preferred Qualifications Significant personal motivation, goal orientation, diligence, and attention to detail. Technical background with a basic understanding of Acoustics and/or process design.

ADA Requirements Positions typically require typing, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications, or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods. The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions.

Visits to our manufacturing facility and suppliers’ facilities are required to monitor active projects and address design issues. Compliance with company attendance standards is required.
