Job Description
The Manager Connected Care Center is a centralized, system-wide position overseeing the Connected Care Center directing both internal and external patient transfers and direct admissions from outside healthcare facilities, community physician offices, across the Phoenix Children’s system, and across the country. This position provides leadership and operational direction of capacity management, and patient flow. The following are required qualifications for this position: BSN, and current AZ RN license, or a license from compact state that must be licensed in AZ prior to start date.
Five years of experience in an Emergency Room environment to include leadership and/or supervisory responsibilities. Demonstrates critical thinking and problem solving abilities in order to resolve complex clinical, systems and personnel problems and issues which affect all clinical areas, both in clinics and hospitals. A thorough understanding of Throughput in health care.
Strong report skills, including running data, analyzing data and using it to drive decisions for operations and strategy #J-18808-Ljbffr
