You handle a wide range of responsibilities, all to ensure that both customers and associates have a great experience. Our Managers ensure that every shift is a great one—by developing our people, managing team performance, and building the warm, inclusive, authentic Panera team culture.

As part of your bakery-cafe’s management team, you report directly to the General Manager or District manager. As a Manager at Panera, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust. Ensure extraordinary guest experiences.

You meet these requirements: Proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to run great shifts 3 year(s) of restaurant management experience preferred Food Safety Manager ServSafe certification (or able to pass) At least 18 years of age Mus have a valid driver's license Around here, every day starts with a fresh batch of bread and a thousand possibilities.
