Job Description
We are looking to fill an opening for a Manager, Organizational Resilience to join our Enterprise Risk Management team. Responsibilities The Manager, Organizational Resilience is responsible for leading and enhancing our crisis management and business continuity programs and third‑party risk management practices. The role includes supporting the enterprise risk management framework, working closely with senior stakeholders to manage and mitigate risks across the organization.
Lead, develop, implement, and enhance comprehensive business continuity plans and crisis management strategies, including testing. Lead the third‑party risk management framework, including methods, risk assessments, and providing strategic insights to senior leaders. Daily Activities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plan strategies.
Lead the Crisis Management program, update plans and procedures, and develop and lead tabletop exercises. Lead the ongoing implementation and enhancement of a robust Third‑Party Risk Management framework in collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing team. Prioritize, report, and oversee the management of top organizational resilience risks, ensuring controls and mitigation strategies are in place.
Create and/or update applicable organizational resilience policies and align them with enterprise risk programs. Mentor senior stakeholders and provide guidance to functional teams on risk assessments and mitigation. Lead the drafting of quarterly senior‑management and Board of Directors reports, including risk metrics visualization.
Present risk assessments and related information to senior leaders, providing strategic insights and ensuring informed decision‑making. Qualifications 5–7 years of specialized or relevant enterprise and/or operational risk management experience in the financial services industry, with 3+ years leading crisis management and third‑party risk initiatives in a complex, matrix organization. Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation, RIMS‑Certified Risk Management Professional certification, or similar is preferred.
Crisis Management or Business Continuity certification (ABCP, CBCP) is preferred. Proven experience leading crisis management programs and in risk identification, analysis, treatment, and implementation of strategies. Strong team‑player with critical thinking and decision‑making skills.
Exceptional relationship‑building skills and ability to influence people at all levels. Proven ability to create alliances and gain commitment for desired objectives. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (required); bilingual French a plus. Benefits Competitive compensation package that rewards and recognizes contributions.

Salary This position is posted with an expected salary range of $115,000 – $124,000 CAD annually.
