Job Description Job Description Weekend Manager On Duty Part‑Time | Fridays & Saturdays | Year‑Round Role Overview: The Adirondack Club is looking for a confident, reliable, people‑first leader to oversee our Friday evening and Saturday operations. This is a year‑round position that plays a key role in keeping the Club running smoothly during our busiest times. Why This Role Matters: As the Weekend Manger on Duty, you’re the point person who ensures the Club feels safe, welcoming, and well‑run. You support staff, assist members, and help maintain the high standards our community expects. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys leadership, problem‑solving, and being on their feet.

Schedule Fridays: 4PM–8PM Saturdays: Up to 8 hours Optional additional weekday hours available based on interest and staffing needs. This is a year‑round position with consistent weekly hours. What You’ll Do: Lead the Club during your shift, supporting staff, assisting members, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Open or close the facility and ensure all areas are clean, safe, and ready for use. Be the go‑to person for questions, problem‑solving, and quick decision‑making. Handle member concerns with professionalism and warmth.

Support staff communication, teamwork, and accountability. Respond to unexpected situations with confidence and calm. Provide tours, assist with onboarding new staff, and help maintain our high service standards.
