Job Description

Drive employee success as the Manager of Learning and Development at Precision Drilling in a hybrid capacity. Design and implement robust training strategies to enhance performance. Precision Drilling seeks a dedicated Manager for Learning and Development to influence their high-performing strategy.

This role requires a minimum of five years in corporate learning, along with key leadership skills. You will coordinate with business leaders to tailor learning programs to meet defined organizational goals and assist in creating impactful learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Talent Management and Learning team for strategy alignment • Champion continuous learning initiatives company-wide • Facilitate impactful leadership workshops • Work with business leaders to pinpoint training needs • Adapt content for diverse operational groups Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field • 5+ years in corporate Learning and Development • At least 3 years of leadership experience • Strong communication and relationship management abilities • Proficiency in SuccessFactors or similar HRIS Help elevate Precision Drilling's learning objectives to achieve operational excellence and employee growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
