Manager of Environmental Services

Lead environmental services with an emphasis on training and quality control. Manage housekeeping and laundry teams to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery. As the Environmental Services Manager, you will develop training programs and conduct quality audits to enhance operational efficiencies in both housekeeping and laundry.

Your role will require engaging with clients, managing budgets, and overseeing staff performance in accordance with Compass Health and Safety protocols. With your expertise, you'll ensure that staff adhere to strict infection control measures and safety standards.
