Become a leader in compensation with the BC Public School Employers’ Association in Vancouver. As a Manager of Compensation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliant and fair compensation across public education.
Your leadership will guide job evaluation initiatives while providing strategic insights to school districts. This position integrates your expertise in compensation frameworks and your ability to foster relationships with various stakeholders while operating in a complex public-sector environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic compensation advice across organizations • Guide school districts on job evaluation and compensation • Build effective relationships with unions and district partners • Support collective bargaining and agreement administration • Manage salary administration and benchmarking processes Requirements: • Bachelor's in Business, HR, or related field • 5+ years in compensation/job evaluation experience • 2+ years in labour relations • Advanced compensation knowledge • Strong analytical and leadership skills Lead meaningful changes in compensation practices by joining the BC Public School Employers’ Association. #J-18808-Ljbffr
