Manager of Children’s Programs at BGC

Direct and enhance children's programs at BGC Greater Halifax as their Club Manager. Focus on program effectiveness, staff management, and community collaboration. This full-time position places you in charge of club operations, ensuring programs align with the organization’s mission and priorities.

Reporting to the Director of Children’s Programs, you will lead a dedicated team, maintain safe environments, and engage families regularly. Your efforts will directly impact children's development and community involvement. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily club activities and ensure member safety • Train and supervise staff, conducting evaluations • Handle budget monitoring and monthly reports • Cultivate relationships with schools and community groups • Coordinate transportation and facility security measures Requirements: • At least one year of supervisory experience • Preferred First Aid and background certifications • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Commitment to program quality and child safety • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively Guide children's programs to success and strengthen community ties in the role of Club Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
