Our Member Engagement & Development team is responsible for growing that ecosystem.
We’re looking for a revenue-driven relationship builder who can help expand IAB’s membership community while also driving adoption of our professional development and education programs . What You’ll Be Responsible For Driving Revenue Through IAB’s Professional Development Programs You’ll lead sales for IAB’s professional development portfolio—including certifications, workshops, and training programs that help the industry stay ahead.
You will: Drive adoption of IAB’s education and certification programs across the industry Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing member accounts Develop targeted outreach strategies to grow participation Partner with internal teams to align programs with industry demand Manage pipeline activity and consistently meet revenue targets Expanding IAB Membership IAB’s strength is its membership network. You’ll play a key role in growing that community. You will: Prospect, qualify, and close new membership opportunities Clearly articulate the value of IAB membership across the advertising ecosystem Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective members Work with marketing and leadership to refine acquisition strategies Managing and Growing Member Relationships You’ll manage a portfolio of IAB’s long-tail members —primarily small to mid-sized companies across the digital media landscape.
You will: Serve as the primary relationship owner for your member portfolio Drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction Identify opportunities to grow member participation across IAB programs, events, and education Monitor renewal cycles and engagement metrics Gather feedback from members and bring those insights back to the organization Who Thrives in This Role This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts sales professional, relationship builder, and industry connector . You likely bring: ✔ 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or membership development ✔ Familiarity with the digital advertising, media, or marketing ecosystem ✔ A track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets ✔ Experience managing pipelines and forecasting revenue ✔ Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills ✔ Excellent communication and presentation abilities ✔CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) Bonus points if you have: Experience working in a trade association or membership organization Background selling training, certification, or professional development programs What Success Looks Like In this role, success means: • Consistently hitting revenue goals across education and membership sales • Growing and retaining long-tail member accounts • Increasing member engagement across IAB initiatives • Contributing to the continued expansion of IAB’s industry influence Why You’ll Love Working at IAB Shape the future of digital advertising Our work defines the standards, frameworks, and conversations that move the industry forward.
