Manager

• Manage and operate pubs as Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager or Duty Manager
• Lead, develop and retain venue teams
• Oversee food, beverage and gaming operations where applicable
• Manage venue performance and KPIs
• Become part of the local community and contribute to venues at the heart of regional communities
• Relocate to and commit to a regional Queensland venue for at least 12 months

Requirements

• Previous management or leadership experience within a pub-based hospitality environment
• Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming environments, where applicable
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and retain venue teams
• Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of venue performance and KPIs
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to be part of the local community
• Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and relevant Approved Manager qualifications/tickets, as applicable to the role and location
• Ability to relocate and commit to the regional location for a minimum of 12 months
• Genuine pub operations experience; traditional hotel/motel accommodation-management experience without a strong pub hospitality background is unlikely to meet the requirements
