Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively
• Run effective and efficient open / close shifts
• Adhere and enforce company policies regarding store operations
• Make food the the company quality standards
• Utilize customer service and team work skills to fulfill job duties effectively
• Motivate and manage a team to run a successful shift
