We’re looking for our next emerging leader to join our Beacon Lighting Osborne Park store in WA. The role of the Manager in Training is a unique full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) with a fantastic lifestyle balance—enjoy every second weekend completely off!

A DAY IN THE LIFE
At our Osborne Park store, you'll help customers find the perfect lighting solutions while creating an exceptional in-store experience. Working as part of a supportive team, you will:
- Developing your leadership skills through our management development pathway
- Growing sales and creating opportunities across retail, trade and design
- Delivering service that customers remember and recommend
- Building strong relationships with our trade customers and expanding our loyalty program
- Sharing your product expertise to help customers make confident decisions
- Crushing sales goals and contributing to store success
- Ensuring the store looks its absolute best, every day
- Coaching and supporting new team members
- Stepping up to support store operations and administration when needed

- You have experience thriving in a retail, sales or customer-focused environment
- You communicate with confidence and know how to bring out the best in people
- You approach each day with positivity, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn

- You hold a current driver's licence and enjoy being hands‑on when needed
