Experience- 5+ Years (CA Qualified) Location- Delhi About the Role The Manager, FP&A, will play a critical role in managing our financial reporting, budget tracking, and financial modeling efforts. This role will involve preparing and presenting financial reports to investors and founders, handling ad-hoc reporting requests, and coordinating with our outsourced accounting vendor to ensure accuracy and compliance. What You’ll Own Financial Planning & Forecasting Prepare and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis Build financial models and scenario plans to support business and leadership decisions 2) Reporting & MIS Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for founders and investors Lead MIS, periodic close processes, and audit coordination 3) Financial Governance & Investor Readiness Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards and US GAAP to support audit-quality reporting Manage statutory requirements and cross-entity finance coordination across India and US entities 4) Cash Flow & Business Partnering Own cash flow planning, liquidity visibility, and banking coordination Support strategic analysis and cross-functional budgeting inputs across teams What Makes You a Great Fit Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred. 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a start-up or mid-size company. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Excellent knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes.
