Job Description
Facilities manager within the real estate vertical at Embark to the strategy and execution of facilities operations, maintenance, and asset management. Responsible for HOTO & scaling operational excellence while balancing cost-efficiency and high-quality service standards while working with vendor ecosystem. Key Responsibilities HOTO : Act as the bridge between builder, projects and operations team to ensure every new location is built to standard and ready for clients to move in on Day 1 Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement regional facility management standards and long-term strategies Operational Excellence: Oversee preventive maintenance, cleaning services, and vendor performance across multiple buildings.
Financial Stewardship: Manage Opex and Capex budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation while maintaining service excellence Compliance & Safety: Ensure all locations meet local health, safety, and fire regulations (EHS standards) Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of hospitality and proactive problem-solving Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the vendor ecosystem and support in pitches Qualifications Experience: 10 - 12 years in Facilities Management and Project Operations with a strong technical understanding Background: Proven track record in high-growth environments, large scale enterprises or flexible workspace industries Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of HVAC, MEP systems, and building/workspace automation Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills and a "hospitality-first" mindset
