1. JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY The Manager - Partnerships & Private Equity Strategic Initiatives will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives across Global Partnerships and Private Equity (PE) channels. The role requires strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills to drive initiatives, business performance narrative, enable operational efficiencies, curate sales/lead gen campaigns, and support stakeholder alignment globally and in EMEA market.
The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with precision. This role will act as a strategic connector between leadership, business, marketing, and cross-functional business units (IMUs/SGUs), ensuring cohesive execution and high-quality delivery of Partnerships and Private Equity related programs. 2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.
Business performance reporting & analytics Develop and manage strategic leadership-facing materials, reports, dashboards, and documentation across Partnerships and Private Equity. Create actionable insights using pipeline data, initiative tracking, and industry trends. 2. Stakeholder Management Coordinate with internal stakeholders across IMUs and SGUs to track channel initiatives.
Ensure timely execution of tasks and maintain accurate, real-time data capture and reporting. Support internal governance and communication between global and regional teams. 3. Sales & Marketing Support Support the development and delivery of RFPs, RFIs, pitch materials, and sales presentations tailored for partnership & PE opportunities.
Enable the sales team with reusable collateral, messaging frameworks, and strategic talking points. Maintain a centralized repository of EC marketing and sales support assets. Design and execute targeted sales campaigns to drive pipeline growth across channels.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to track and optimize lead generation activities. Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and suggest refinements to improve outcomes. 4. Operational Enablement Build and maintain knowledge repositories, process documentation, and initiative trackers across the three strategic channels.
Enable smooth execution of recurring processes and strategic initiatives through strong operational discipline. 5. Content Creation & Management Create and manage high-impact content including POVs, partner narratives, case studies, and go-to-market materials. Ensure content alignment with channel strategy and regional/global priorities.
Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to maintain consistency in messaging and branding. 6. Geo and Account Planning Support Provide global, EMEA and APAC specific support for account planning, opportunity pipeline analysis, and hygiene. Drive follow-ups and coordination with internal sales, operations, and strategy stakeholders. 7.
Market & Relationship Intelligence Track partner activity, PE firms, portfolio companies, and whitespace opportunities aligned to channel business priorities. Consolidate intelligence from internal teams, market research, and industry insights. 3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Strong reporting, analytics, and storytelling abilities using PowerPoint and Excel; experience with BI tools preferred.
Exceptional coordination, communication, and project management skills across multiple stakeholders and time zones. Deep understanding of B2B business environments, ideally in professional services, consulting, or partnerships. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across geographies and time zones.
Proficiency in developing high-quality content tailored for strategic and sales audiences. Ability to synthesize market intelligence, internal data, and strategy into actionable plans and materials. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and operational discipline.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment. Proactive, self-starter with a bias toward execution and collaboration. Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Relevant and total years of Experience 3-6 years in ecosystem partnerships, sales enablement, strategic marketing, or business operations. Prior experience working in global, matrixed environments with cross-functional teams. Exposure to technology partnerships, alliances, or the private equity ecosystem is advantageous.
