We're looking for someone who can create ideas people remember for years. You'll own copy, content, campaigns, brand narratives, and original content IPs that make students stop scrolling, start talking, and remember Amber when it matters. What You'll Do Create campaign ideas, content series, and brand IPs from scratch.
Write sharp copy across social, video, ads, email, website, and events. Turn student insights into content people actually care about. Build recurring content properties that grow brand recall.
Work closely with design, performance marketing, influencers, and product teams. Use AI as a tool. Never as a substitute for thinking.
What We're Looking For Strong background in Copywriting or Planning & Strategy role. Exceptional writing skills. Strong creative instincts and taste.
Ability to generate 20 ideas when everyone else has 2. Someone who notices culture before it becomes a trend. Portfolio of work that proves originality, not just execution. 3–6 years of experience in copywriting, content, social, creative strategy, or related roles.
