Manager, Compensation

Baseten is seeking a Manager, Compensation to lead and evolve company-wide compensation programs. This role is responsible for shaping compensation philosophy, leveling frameworks, equity programs, and bonus plans. You will collaborate with senior leadership, HR business partners, Talent, Finance, and Legal to ensure compensation remains competitive, principled, and aligned with performance in a high-growth AI company.

This role suits candidates with 8+ years’ experience in compensation or total rewards, strong analytical skills, and expertise in equity compensation. The ideal candidate can balance strategic advising with hands-on program execution and is comfortable managing complex compensation cycles and negotiations.
