Role Overview The incumbent in this role category will be responsible for planning and executing successful digital media campaigns for the client. Department Digital Planning Job Title Manager - Business Reporting Manager Title Director - Business Location Bangalore Roles & Responsibilities Manage the entire digital media campaigns for Schneider Electric. from planning to execution. Handle coordination for in person events with clients and publishers.

Will be working on Display, SEM and Social campaigns. Own the end-to-end setup of digital campaigns across Search (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) and Social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Configure tracking, audience segments, pixels/tagging, and platform integrations.

Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing across channels. Monitor daily/weekly performance and optimize for KPIs such as CTR, conversions, CPA, ROAS, and reach. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies.

Identify underperforming areas and implement data-backed solutions. Forecast performance and build media plans, including channel mix, budgets, and timelines. Experience Range 3-4 years of experience in digital media planning Educational Qualification MBA in Marketing Skills Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills Strong command over paid media - search, social, programmatic, display and video Ability to translate business goals into media strategies Ability to build full funnel digital strategies Ability to manage client interactions and maintain strong working relationships Good analytical and problem-solving skills About Initiative Initiative unlocks business growth for the world’s most ambitious brands.
