Position Title: Property Care Division Manager Division: Property Care Services (PCS) Job Overview As the Property Care Division Manager, you will play a central role in the day-to-day operations, leadership, and growth of Blade Runners' Property Care Services (PCS) Division, which is responsible for the recurring maintenance of over 300 client properties in the Tallahassee area. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication to ensure crews are operating efficiently, clients are well-served, and the division continues to improve in performance, profitability, and revenue growth. Core Responsibilities Daily Crew Operations Direct and support daily crew activities Manage schedules within Service Autopilot (SAP) Assign crews based on availability and job requirements Oversee equipment readiness and fleet organization Team Communication & Oversight Maintain consistent communication with crew leaders Support team development and accountability Enforce company policies and safety protocols Address and resolve conflicts or operational issues Client Support & Administrative Coordination Work alongside the administrative assistant on customer follow-ups Respond to job requests and estimate needs Assist with quality assurance and service-related concerns Help resolve issues that arise from field operations Assist in converting service requests and opportunities into approved work Collaboration with Key Staff Maintain regular communication with the Operations Manager regarding division performance and needs Work closely with management team to ensure strong customer satisfaction and service delivery Efficiency & Profitability Promote efficient crew performance and route execution Manage labor to reduce unnecessary overtime Support improvements within SAP to increase productivity and profitability Growth & Revenue Development Identify opportunities to increase revenue within the existing client base Offers property enhancement estimates (mulch, pruning, cleanups, upgrades) Support and follow up on estimates to improve close rates Communicate client needs and opportunities to the sales team Help drive client retention through consistent service and proactive communication Participate in client meetings or relationship-building opportunities as needed Leadership & Development Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members Lead meetings with Team Coordinators Participate in leadership meetings Assist in developing and refining SOPs, training materials, and company policies Field Support & Client Retention Step into field operations when needed to support crews Support retention of high-value clients through service, communication, and relationship-building Position Objective The primary objective of this role is to improve the performance, efficiency, profitability, and growth of the PCS Division while supporting its continued scalability.
