Job Description We are seeking an exceptional Manager to support the catering and hospitality strategy for a prestigious, high‑profile collaboration that will set new standards for excellence, innovation, and guest experience over the summer, traveling between Edinburgh and Glasgow.

Support daily operations and be hands‑on during service. Resolve any guest complaints calmly and promptly. Ensure all team members deliver a great guest experience while upselling where possible.

Maintain excellent product knowledge of both food and beverage offerings. Seek opportunities to innovate and improve throughout. Lead the team with kindness and respect, fostering a culture of inclusivity and encouraging development.

Maintain accurate records of Health and Safety, Food Safety, and orders. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness. Attend all training and development courses as requested.

Represent WSH and John Lewis professionally in behaviour, appearance, and knowledge. Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management. Qualifications Proven experience in managing a food and beverage service.

Barista experience (advantageous). Strong leadership and communication skills. Positive can‑do attitude.

Ability to work under pressure to meet business needs. Highly developed attention to detail and record keeping. Passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience.
