Manager - BC Channel

ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE: To lead, manage and scale the Business Correspondent (BC) channel through CBC by establishing strong regulatory compliance, operational controls, supervisory mechanisms and risk oversight frameworks to ensure safe, complaint and efficient functioning of the URC BC outlets & other BO through CBC. Execute BC channel growth roadmap through CBC Contributing to Business mix strategy (CASA, DBT, Remittance, Insurance etc.) Risk mitigation strategy for BC operations Alignment with RBI & regulatory guidelines Digitization & paperless onboarding initiative. Qualifications : Graduate/Postgraduate in Banking, Finance, or Commerce.

Experience : 10-12 years of banking experience with exposure to BC/Branch Operations.
