About The Role The Business Analytics Channels & Servicing Team partners with stakeholders in channel management and transformation to deliver a comprehensive view of customer sales and service touchpoints across all channels. Our goal is to understand how interactions throughout key journeys—such as onboarding and investment management—impact overall customer experience, retention, and cross‑channel engagement. Key Responsibilities Prioritise and manage projects through the full lifecycle, delivering analytical outputs such as dashboards, case studies, and models.

Work with business partners to understand their problems, create analytics solutions, and present findings. Scope projects by creating requirements, timelines, and project scope; produce analytical outputs (new data sets, dashboards, actionable insights, deep‑dive analytics); create artifacts such as project plans, documentation, data lineage, metadata, and metrics definitions. Present analytical outputs, communicate findings, and provide actionable recommendations to business partners and key stakeholders.

Make cross‑functional connections between data requests from diverse teams to streamline requests and create synergies across teams. Act as a SME with channel partners (Digital, Branch, Call Centre, ABM, etc.) and proactively look for solutions to business problems. Engage in regular meetings with business lines and functional stakeholders to understand needs and priorities, and proactively suggest data analysis or visualisations.

Collaborate with Data, Technology, and Analytics partners. Promote data literacy with partners and key stakeholders to raise collective understanding of available data and tools. Champion data‑driven decision‑making.

General Proactively suggest project ideas, data process improvements, or value opportunities. Investigate available data sources, transform and interpret data for analysis, identify gaps, and develop action plans to address them. Develop and produce reusable data assets using business acumen, statistical, and visualization techniques.

Conduct analysis using descriptive or advanced techniques on massive volumes of structured and unstructured data to create actionable insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical partners to establish trends, understand performance, identify opportunities for growth, and provide actionable insights. Develop and produce reports and insights for partners that help drive tactical, operational, and/or strategic decision‑making in support of business goals.

Skills & Qualifications University education in Business, Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience. Project management skills/experience. Strong communication skills (oral and written).

End‑to‑end analytics experience: explore, clean, aggregate, and consolidate data; create analytical outputs; synthesize information in easy‑to‑understand formats; communicate and present findings to business partners. Experience querying and working with large data sets, ideally within an Enterprise Data Lake, Enterprise Data Warehouse, or Cloud environment. Ability to manage the planning, processes, and coordination of multiple projects.

Data visualization experience: Tableau, PowerBI, Qlickview, Domo, etc. Programming language proficiency: at least one of SQL, Python, R, SAS. Experience in Banking/Financial Services.
