Marg ERP Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Admin Head / Admin Manager to lead the overall administration and facility management functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing corporate administration, facilities, vendors, housekeeping, security, infrastructure, procurement, budgets, and administrative teams while ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-managed workplace.
Key Responsibilities· Lead and manage the overall Administration and Facility Management function.
· Oversee housekeeping, security, maintenance, transport, pantry, office infrastructure, and other facility-related activities.
· Manage end-to-end vendor management, including vendor selection, negotiation, contracts, performance monitoring, and renewals.
· Manage AMC, maintenance, repair, and facility-related contracts and ensure timely execution.
· Handle procurement and inventory of office assets, stationery, consumables, and other administrative requirements.
· Prepare and monitor the Administration budget, ensuring effective cost control and optimum utilization of resources.
· Ensure compliance with safety, fire, security, and other applicable workplace requirements.
· Manage office infrastructure, seating arrangements, space utilization, and workplace readiness.
· Lead, supervise, and develop the administration, housekeeping, security, and support staff.
· Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, and logistics for senior management, employees, and guests.
· Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for smooth execution of administrative requirements.
· Plan and coordinate corporate events, employee engagement activities, annual functions, sales meets, R&R programs, and other organizational events.
· Prepare and review MIS reports, administrative dashboards, vendor reports, expense reports, and management updates.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and enhancement of workplace efficiency.
· Ensure a professional, clean, safe, and employee-friendly work environment across the facility.
Role Description The Manager Admin/Head Admin will oversee day-to-day administrative operations at Marg ERP’s Noida office, ensuring efficient facility management, office services, and compliance with company policies. This full-time on-site role includes managing vendor relationships, supervising administrative staff, coordinating office maintenance, security, and housekeeping, and optimizing administrative processes to support business objectives. The role involves budget planning for administration, monitoring expenditures, and collaborating with finance and other departments for smooth operational workflows.
The Manager Admin/Head Admin will also handle employee support services, such as travel arrangements, office supplies, and event logistics, while promoting a safe, well-organized, and professional work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications· Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Administration, Operations, or Management will be an added advantage.
· 10+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Administration, Facility Management, or Office Administration.
· Strong experience in vendor management, facility management, procurement, AMC management, budgeting, and team handling.
· Experience managing large corporate offices and multiple administrative functions.
· Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, MIS reporting, and administrative documentation.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and crisis-management abilities.

· Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
· Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
· Strong attention to detail with excellent execution and follow-up skills.
· Ability to handle senior management, external vendors, service providers, and multiple stakeholders professionally.
· Experience in a corporate/IT/product-based organization will be an added advantage.
