Manager Accountant - Armidale

Our Armidale Office has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated accounting professional to join our team as a BusinessServices Manager.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service, developing team capability, and building strongclient relationships. As part of one of the largest finance and business advisory firms in regional NSW, you will manage a diverse clientportfolio while supporting team members in the delivery of high-quality accounting, taxation and advisory services.

As a Manager Accountant, you will work closely with Principals, acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise,coordinating team workflow, and contributing to the growth and success of the firm through business development and strategic initiatives.

Minimum 5 years of Public Practice Accounting experience. University degree in Commerce, Accounting or Business. CA or CPA qualificationcompleted

Key 2

• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading teams

Key 3

• Strong technical knowledge of accounting, taxation and business advisory services

Key 4

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

Key 5

• Competency with Practice Management and Commercial Accounting Software (Xero, MYOB or similar)

Key 6

• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills

Current Driver's Licence
