Act as the day-to-day trusted partner for a major retail/brand account, building strong, credible relationships at multiple levels Own and drive projects end-to-end, ensuring smooth progression from initial idea through to flawless execution Elevate the quality of outputs by raising the bar on briefs, presentations, and creative standards Identify risks early, proactively solving problems and keeping stakeholders informed and aligned Work closely with Creative, Production, and Finance teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and on brief Bring clarity, confidence, and calm to fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly Help shape strategic direction while keeping delivery grounded in practical execution Has agency or brand-side experience, ideally within a creative or integrated environment Understands campaign development and creative craft, from concept through to execution Is highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail Experience within retail or consumer brands An understanding of physical environments and in-store/experiential touchpoints Influence both the quality of creative output and the strength of client relationships Develop your career in an environment that supports growth, ownership, and impact Drop me a message for a confidential chat, and Iโll share more.
