This role turns data into insight that drives better business decisions. By analysing performance across the customer journey, you will help shape sales forecasting, improve retention strategies, and provide the insights leaders need to plan for growth. Your work will ensure teams across the organisation have clear, reliable data to understand performance, identify opportunities, and act with confidence.
Department: Finance Employment Type: Permanent Location: Cardiff, UK What that means day to day Analyse business data across the customer journey to identify trends, performance insights, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain sales forecasting and retention models to support strategic planning and business growth. Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders and leadership teams.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports (including Power BI) to support performance monitoring and decision‑making. Work with teams across the organisation to improve data quality, reporting processes, and CRM data standards. What you’ll need to be successful To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
You will be comfortable working with large datasets and have a strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting. Success in this role also requires the ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with teams across the organisation. A curious, problem‑solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities will help you identify opportunities for improvement and support data‑driven decision‑making.
