Management Control Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Management Control Specialist to join the COO – Strategy & Efficiency – ITO Monitoring department.

Requirements:

• Analytical skills: be able to analyze accounting data and explain the “story” behind the figures

• Team working be inclusive, demonstrates strong relationship-building skills

• Reflects on and learns from mistakes and setbacks

• Good knowledge of Excel: complex formulas

• Knowledge of Power Query and/or power query is a nice to have

• The English speaking is mandatory, French speaking will be an asset

Responsibilities:

• Perform Budget control on Commitments & invoices and validate it in dedicated tools

• Manage open purchase orders / accruals

• Monitor dedicated IT Costs centers, both in FTE & K€ : budget & forecast construction with PSO pole and budget owners, analyse and comments actuals vs budget vs Forecast

• Prepare the end closure report, analyse and comment the figures for local accounting and CFOs (France or Belgium)

• Perform permanent control on local accounting bookings

• Update and document processes
