VSSI Staffing is hiring an experienced *Industrial Maintenance Technician* to diagnose, repair, and rebuild industrial equipment. If you have strong mechanical skills and experience with gearboxes, motors, or industrial machinery, we'd like to hear from you.
*Responsibilities*
* Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment * Rebuild gearboxes, electric motors, and mechanical components * Perform machining operations including drilling, tapping, threading, and welding * Read blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings * Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy * Maintain a clean and safe work environment
*Qualifications*
* Experience repairing industrial equipment, gearboxes, pumps, or electric motors preferred * Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills * Experience with lathes, drill presses, forklifts, and shop equipment * Ability to read blueprints and precision measuring tools
*Requirements* xhmxlyz * Lift up to 70 lbs. * Comfortable working in an industrial shop environment * Steel-toe boots required
