We are currently seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time temporary basis. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical experience who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and performing preventative maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance
• Lubricate and maintain chains and other moving equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues
• Complete routine equipment inspections
• Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical repair or maintenance experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Assets

• Forklift repair and maintenance experience is considered a strong asset
• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and parts
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Full-time hours

Compensation

• $21.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience

Duration:

• Temporary to permanent
