Maintenance Technician – Apartment Complexes

People Plus is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a busy apartment complex. The ideal candidate will have a truck/van, own tools, and be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure the property is in excellent condition for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of property and equipment.

• Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

• Respond to and resolve resident service requests in a timely manner.

• Maintain common areas, including cleaning and minor repairs.

• Assist with move-in/move-out inspections and turnovers.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and local codes.

Qualifications:

• MUST have Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a residential or apartment setting.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.

• Must have reliable transportation.
