Maintenance Technician - Palma

In this role, you will handle a variety of daily operational tasks across the facilities. Your main duties will include:

• Carrying out regular preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Performing required repairs, modifications, and general technical adjustments.
• Managing water quality control and waste management procedures to maintain health and safety compliance.
• Providing direct support during equipment assemblies, site setups, and internal relocations.

To be considered for this position, you must fulfill the following mandatory requirements:

• At least 1 year of practical work experience in a similar facility or equipment maintenance role.
• A valid Class B driving license.
• Formal vocational training (FP) in building maintenance or electricity is highly valued.
• Specialized training in legionella prevention and control is also strongly preferred.

This role offers an attractive gross annual salary of €30,139.30, which incorporates base pay, call-out duty coverage, shift work compensation, and a specific job position supplement. The standard work schedule operates on a shift system from Monday to Friday, working either morning shifts from 07:00 to 14:00 or afternoon shifts from 14:30 to 21:30, alongside alternate Saturday morning shifts. The job is located in Palma, providing a clear working structure within the private healthcare sector.
