Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading provider in the construction and maintenance industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. You will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Maintenance and Construction Teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location:San Juan Capistrano, CA

What's the Job?

• Install new water systems and maintain and repair existing water systems
• Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently
• Follow and adhere to building codes during installation and repairs
• Install and maintain valves, piping systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial structures
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in construction principles related to plumbing
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade
• Strong understanding of valves, piping, and HVAC systems
• Knowledge of building codes and pipe (fluid conveyance) systems
• Familiarity with various pipe materials and installation techniques
