To support our regional assets and building operations, we are seeking a motivated, hands-on Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Officer (Oficial de Mantenimiento) to join our Málaga Regional Delegation (Delegación Málaga), Spain.

In this practical technical role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance across workplace installations and company assets. Specifically, you will service electrical fixtures, maintain plumbing systems, resolve routine building maintenance requests, and ensure all facilities remain in prime operational condition.

Job Description: Maintenance Technician – Málaga Delegation (Fuerte Group)

Your Mission: Practical Maintenance & Facility Reliability

Your primary goal involves driving facility integrity and operational reliability across our regional workplace installations in Málaga. To achieve this, you will execute routine servicing and corrective technical repairs. At the same time, you will keep work areas orderly and well-maintained.

Therefore, you will troubleshoot electrical lines, fix plumbing fixtures, complete general facility upkeep, and handle ad-hoc maintenance requests. As a result, you will eliminate downtime and protect our facilities’ functional excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive & Corrective Servicing: Carry out scheduled inspections and corrective repairs across workplace installations and assets.
• Electrical & Plumbing Upkeep: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair basic electrical systems, lighting, water lines, and sanitary plumbing fixtures.
• General Facility Tasks: Perform routine building maintenance and practical tasks that do not require specialized contractor intervention.
• Facility Condition & Safety: Keep all areas, equipment, and installations across the work center in optimal operational condition.
• Operational Flexibility: Execute additional technical duties related to the role as assigned by the department supervisor.

Who You Are: The Dependable Maintenance Specialist

• Educational Background: You hold a Vocational Training degree (Formación Profesional – FP), preferably in Electricity, Plumbing, Building Maintenance, or a related trade.
• Proven Foundations: You bring 1 to 3 years of demonstrable work experience working as a Maintenance Technician (Oficial de Mantenimiento) in building facilities, residential complexes, or commercial properties.
• Immediate Start: You offer immediate availability to incorporate into the team.
• Key Competencies: You demonstrate practical problem-solving ability, hands-on trade skills, high attention to detail, and a responsible, proactive approach to everyday facility upkeep.
