Maintenance Technician - FT - Days (75777)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM JOB SUMMARY Responsible for all routine inspections, repairs, replacements and adjustments to the equipment and building to assure optimal safety and compliance with Royal Oaks standards. Must be able to do routine grounds work when requested. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Licensure : N/A Experience: Must have technical shop courses or maintenance experience, and basic landscaping experience. Skills: Familiar with use of standard hand tools, can perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs, and easily functions as a carpenters assistant with sheetrock repair and painting. Environmental and Working Conditions Work is mostly inside, may encounter hazards associated with electrical repairs.

Requires flexible work schedule and on-call work. PHYSICAL, MENTAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS Work varies from light to moderately heavy. Must be able to adjust to changing tasks and make some independent judgements on the repair of malfunctioning equipment.
