Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician Naas, Co. Kildare | Full-time | Permanent | Days Only We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a well-established food manufacturing business in Naas. This is a days-only, Monday to Friday role offering a great opportunity for a qualified electrical tradesperson to join a busy production environment.
The Role You will provide hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance support across the site, keeping production running efficiently and minimising downtime. Key responsibilities: Planned and reactive maintenance of production machinery Electrical fault-finding, repairs and troubleshooting PLC and control system diagnostics Mechanical and electro-mechanical maintenance Installation and commissioning of equipment Supporting continuous improvement and machinery upgrades Maintaining high standards of GMP, quality and health & safety What We're Looking For Recognised Electrical Trade Qualification - essential 3+ years' industrial maintenance experience FMCG/food manufacturing experience highly desirable Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills Experience with PLC-controlled machinery Good mechanical maintenance knowledge Practical, hands-on problem solver Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's on Offer Monday to Friday - days only Permanent position Excellent opportunity within a well-established food manufacturing business Strong career development potential Competitive salary and benefits Interested?
