Creighton University is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our 24/7 campus facilities. This is a hands-on commercial role - not apartment turns or repetitive factory work. What You'll Do Troubleshoot HVAC systems (AHUs, fan coils, hydronic & chill water) Electrical repairs (lighting, ballasts, motors, controls) Plumbing repairs (fixtures, drains, steam/condensate systems) Maintain pumps, motors, exhaust fans, and generators Perform preventative maintenance campus-wide Participates in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs and implements strategies into daily work Participate in rotating on-call schedule What You Bring 3 years commercial building maintenance experience Strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently Valid driver's license -Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years and no major violations within the last 5 years.
