• *About the Role**
• *In this vital role, you willsupport the maintenance and operation of the building systems inside a clientfacility. You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality ofmaterial handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.**
• *What You'll Do**

• Promote a safeworking environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical andmechanical issues related to all MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes,relays, and more.
• Install, maintain,and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete andproperly document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and storedepartment inventory.
• Cultivate positiveworking relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance teammembers.
• Perform otherjob-related duties as needed or assigned.

**What You'll Need**

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work inUnited States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to solve problems and carry out generalinstructions in standard situations such as; routine maintenance, repairs,preventative measures, emergency responses, coordination, and safetycompliance.
• Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirementsincluding stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with orwithout reasonable accommodation.

**PreferredQualifications**

• Associate's or higher degree from a vocational school orcollege with a focus in the mechanical or electrical field.
• 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience withelectrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance withOriginal Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance ManagementSystem (CMMS).
• 2+ years' experience with automated conveyor systems andcontrols.
• 2+ years' experience conducting predictive andpreventative maintenance procedures.
• 2+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading
• 2+ year of knowledge with electrical and electronicprinciples
• 2+ year experience of following and demonstrating safetystandards
• 1+ year experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics ofMHE systems

The minimum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $65,728 annually or $31.60 per hour, and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is $71,968 annually or $34.60 per hour.

The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
