What You'll Do:
You’ll maintain Squire’s property portfolio to ensure functionality and condition, working professionally while adhering to RTA policies, keeping accurate records, and providing maintenance recommendations to Property Managers.
Maintenance & Repairs
- -Oversee plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- -Troubleshoot and complete minor repairs
- -Complete unit turnovers for prospective tenants
- -Provide proactive maintenance recommendations
- -Perform minor landscaping and other assigned tasks
Record Keeping
- -Maintain records using the online system
- -Track timesheets and purchase orders
- -Create and maintain a database with property insights
- -Code and file receipts
Scheduling & Administration
- -Coordinate with Property Managers/Operations Manager for resident, tenant, and guest entry approvals
- -Assist with daily scheduling and provide time estimates for expense approvals
- -Coordinate with approved vendors when required
- -Proactively order supplies for site visits
- -Maintain company equipment
What We’re Looking For:
- -Minimum two years’ experience in a similar or transferable role
- -Safe, effective use of hand tools
- -Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, kneeling, lifting 50+ lbs indoors/outdoors)
- -Knowledge of drywall repair, painting, doors, windows, fixtures, and basic plumbing
- -Calm under pressure with strong multitasking skills
- -Comfortable learning new systems and asking questions
- -Familiar with Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS, iCloud)
- -Strong written and verbal communication
- -Excellent organization skills
- -Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
