Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager Position Overview: Leading maintenance operations and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring operational reliability across manufacturing sites. Responsibilities Oversee maintenance activities and ensure optimal equipment reliability across the facility. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Develop equipment maintenance strategies covering automation, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, robotic, and welding systems. Ensure all departmental certifications and compliance requirements are maintained. Support and implement continuous improvement projects.

Coordinate daily maintenance work and workforce planning. Track performance metrics and prepare operational reports. Manage the maintenance shop and spare parts inventory.

Qualifications Technical diploma or degree in industrial mechanics, automation, electrical engineering, or a related field. Strong hands‑on industrial maintenance experience combined with team leadership. Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and attention to detail.

Functional bilingualism (French and English). Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Food manufacturing experience is a strong asset.

Previous exposure to a unionized environment is considered an advantage. Working Conditions Full-time, permanent position. Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday.
