Maintenance Manager

Industry leading transportation and manufacturing company is looking for a Maintenance Manager for their Las Vegas site! To note: this is an on-site role and does require the candidate to be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder). Responsibilities: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a comprehensive site maintenance program to include direct management of the site’s maintenance team.

This key staff Help drive preventive maintenance programs, support the production team by responding to and limiting equipment downtime Forecast and manage annual plant maintenance budgets. Drive structure, rigor, and process improvements into the maintenance team and into the plant’s maintenance practices. Interact cross-functionally with plant staff, the workforce, site maintenance technicians, business-level resources, and numerous equipment OEM’s and vendors that support the facility.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science Degree in an Engineering / Maintenance / or other technical discipline, OR a High School Diploma / GED with at least 8 years of facility/maintenance management. Safety focused leader, with ability to assess risk for non-standard activities. Experienced with developing and enforcing LOTO procedures.

Experience/familiarity with the TPM system and concepts, including Lean principles. Demonstrated analytical skills and strong problem-solving history. CNC and/or other relevant machine programming experience.

High sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to prioritize. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Proven hands‑on mechanical skills, ability to work on machines or equipment.
