Maintenance Manager

Overview The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturer in Washington to find a Maintenance Manager for their team. This position is approximately one hour from Seattle. $135,000-$155,000 + 20% Bonus Full Relocation Package Available Responsibilities Ensure all resources are being used efficiently and effectively Ensure all employees are following all OSHA, EPA, USDA regulations Direct supervisors and mechanics for all maintenance work to be performed Control duration, cost, quality, and thoroughness of all work Assign and direct all PM work orders Ensure safe work practices are followed Oversee skills training and development of employees Confirm all work is reported through the CMMS daily Supervise, train and develop direct reports Participate on lean and continuous improvement activities Qualifications BS/BA Degree required. 10+ years technical experience in the food manufacturing industry 5 years of Maintenance Management experience USDA experience required Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance Experience managing salaried personnel (supervisors) #J-18808-Ljbffr
