Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data governance and AI/ML to drive impactful solutions in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Design and implement AI data governance policies to ensure compliance and data quality.

Manage AI/ML data pipelines, including ingestion, labeling, and feature engineering. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices in data stewardship. Conduct bias reviews and maintain data lineage to uphold governance standards.

Utilize MLOps tools to streamline model training and deployment processes. Communicate effectively with both technical and executive teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Skills Proven experience in data governance or data stewardship, particularly in AI/ML contexts.

Strong understanding of AI/ML data pipelines and familiarity with relevant tools. Working knowledge of SQL and basic Python programming. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery. Knowledge of governance/catalog tools like Collibra or Informatica.
