Transform VoIP technologies as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at ServiceNow. This role involves crafting AI-driven voice systems while ensuring seamless telephony operations. You’ll be integral in designing, developing, and implementing VoIP infrastructure and machine learning strategies that enhance performance and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, leveraging platforms like SIP/RTP, Kamailio, and RTPEngine. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring colleagues and driving continuous improvement in software tools.
