Our team works closely with clients, medical professionals, and community partners to create a supportive and safe environment where change is possible. Job Summary We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team.
In this role, you will ensure medications are properly tracked, stored, and administered, while collaborating with prescribers, on-site healthcare staff, and partner agencies. Youll play an important part in supporting client recovery and wellness, serving as a trusted resource for both clients and staff. What Youll Do Ensure safe medication management (tracking, storing, administering, and recording).
Coordinate with prescribers, staff, and clients to manage prescription or dosage changes. Conduct weekly audits to ensure compliance and accuracy. Provide basic nursing care such as wound care, blood pressure, and blood sugar checks.
Train and support staff in medication management practices. Participate in daily multi-agency meetings and act as a professional liaison with outside partners. Provide first aid, CPR, and Narcan administration as needed.
Assist with detox protocols and client monitoring when required. What Were Looking For Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification. CPR and First Aid certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset. Ability to maintain accurate records and uphold compliance standards. Compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting clients in recovery.
Preferred but not required: Training or certification in Drug & Alcohol counseling. Knowledge of addiction treatment, mental health, or recovery programs (12-step, TC model, MAT). Why Join Us?
